Ordering

You can use one of our custom builders, give us a call (or shoot us an email), come into our retail shop, or work with one of our Outposts in your area to order your Guerrilla Gravity frame or complete bike.

We're here to help you get the setup that's right for your local trails and your budget, so don't hesitate to give us a shout with any questions on ordering, shipping, or anything else.

Sure! We'll be happy to order you any color offered by Prismatic Powders (we recommend ordering some samples from Prismatic, they're free). Once you have your custom powder coat color picked out, we'll provide you a free mock-up that shows your color along with your desired decal and rim color. The custom color charge ($395), is based around a single coat powder, but we're happy to quote dual-coat options, as well.

We'll do what we can to source any component you like. Or if you have an idea on a personal touch for your Megatrail, we'll be happy to try to accommodate it.

Components from vendors we don't typically work with will be 15% off retail, as per the Rider Program discount.

While we offer many customization options on our build kits, rest assured that each build kit has many hours of thought behind it. We only spec and offer components we have tested and that pass our quality/performance criteria. If we test something and are not satisfied, we will not offer it.

Shipping & Warranty

Yes! We ship to most international countries. In most cases we are able to source a discounted shipping rate. For your local duties and taxes, we recommend doing a search to find out what to expect, as to avoid surprises.

We also work with a few international distributors. To see if we have a relationship with someone in your country, send us an email. If you would like to talk about becoming a distributor/importer for you country, we also welcome emails to talk further.

The frame and most components ship in one box, while the wheels and accessories ship in a separate box. For international shipments, it can, admittedly, be more cost effective to order a bike without wheels.

While we have refined our packaging so that the bikes are very safe, not every scenario can be prevented. Therefore, every frame and bike is insured for its full purchase amount.

Your bike is fully assembled before shipment, and then boxed. This makes it easy to assemble your bike once you receive it. A 4, 5, and 6 mm Allen wrench is sufficient for assembling your bike. Some minor drivetrain adjustments may be necessary. We do recommend checking spoke tension on your handbuilt wheels, as well. We take precautions to stress relieve them before shipment, but some de-tensioning can be expected after your first couple rides.

For any assembly, adjustments, or tuning questions, please don't hesitate to give us a shout. We'll do our best to help you over the phone, or may recommend a visit to your local bike shop. In some cases we'll even pick up the tab for the local shop's work (up to $150).

We offer our unique Lifetime Frame Support program for original owners. Additional info on the program:

First off, we want you to know that we strive to build bikes that are durable and long-lasting, something that you can pass down to your kids/little sisters/favorite beginner. Anything less than that is a disappointment. Also note that the wide range of experiences and environments that mountain bikes encounter makes it impossible to account for every rider type, style, and aspect of misuse and misfortune. For this reason we feel it is misleading to offer a warranty similar to the ones found through the industry, which are chocked-full of ifs, ands, and buts.

Manufacturing defects typically reveal themselves within a year of ownership. Should a failure occur because of one of these we will act expediently to get the rider a replacement. Because of science, mountain bike frames and products do have a usable lifespan. But we know a broken frame never makes for a good day, so for this reason we will provide discounted replacements for the lifetime of the frame. The discount will depend on the age of the frame, replacement necessary, and circumstance. Frames painted or powder coated outside of GG's system will not be eligible for the Lifetime Frame Support.

In order to take advantage of the Lifetime Frame Support program, you will need to provide proof of purchase (if purchased through one of our partner channels and not directly through us). To receive a replacement, the rider is responsible for shipping us the frame in question. Please feel free to email us with additional questions.

We are not responsible for any component failures attached to the bike, but we will help connect you with the proper manufacturer to rectify the issue. We do make an attempt to only provide components we are confident in, but failures do happen. We keep a log of failures and are interested to hear about your experiences, even if you've handled it elsewhere.

For our bikes, we do offer returns in the unlikely event that the bike was not what you anticipated. We just ask that you cover the return shipping of the like-new condition bike in order to process the refund. If the refund is due to what we deem an adjustment malfunction, we do require that the bike be taken to a local bike shop of our choosing (within a 45 minute drive of rider's address) before issuing a refund. We will cover up to $150 in adjustments when the bike is new, for parts that were purchased from Guerrilla Gravity with the bike.

For not-bikes (individual components, clothing, etc) purchased from us, you may return them within 30 days in their new, unused condition for a full refund, less shipping. Any return shipping would be covered by the purchaser or deducted from the refund amount.

Sponsorship

You are awesome, unfortunately we can't give you a free frame at this time, though. However, you can potentially earn a free frame, and more, through our BAMF (Brand Ambassador and Motivated Freeseller) program. If you have experience representing another brand, we would love to hear from you to talk further. We look to our BAMFs to help create new riders through facilitating demo rides, participating in local events, creating videos and pictures for the web and social media, and just generally spreading the good word.

If you're looking to gain some experience, we recommend using our Rider and Racer Programs to begin.

The riders and racers who are the most successful in helping spread the word will become eligible for a BAMF position, the most successful BAMFs will become eligible for an employment opportunity.
