      International Ordering

      We offer both Quick Ship and Custom build options. Quick Ship keeps the decisions to a minimum, while our Custom builds allow you to dial in your ride exactly as you'd like.

      As long as your order has not shipped, yes. We are committed to getting you the exact right bike and are happy to make any requested changes so that you get the perfect bike.

      Shipping & Warranty

      Yes! While we’re proud to build our bikes with our own hands in Colorado USA, we’re always excited to see international interest in Guerrilla Gravity. We ship to most international countries. If not automatically selected, select your country in the top right corner to shop in your native currency. 

      The frame and most components ship in one box, while the wheels and accessories ship in a separate box.

      Your bike is fully assembled before shipment, and then boxed. This makes it easy to assemble your bike once you receive it. A 4, 5, and 6 mm Allen wrench is sufficient for assembling your bike. Some minor drivetrain adjustments may be necessary. 

      For any assembly, adjustments, or tuning questions, please don't hesitate to give us a shout. We'll do our best to help you over the phone, or may recommend a visit to your local bike shop. In some cases we'll even pick up the tab for the local shop's work (up to $150).

      In the unlikely event that the bike was not what you anticipated, we do offer a "30-day satisfaction guarantee" that provides a refund for the purchase price of the bike, less a 5% fee to cover processing costs. We just ask that you cover the return shipping of the like-new condition bike in order to process the refund. If the requested return is due to what we deem an adjustment malfunction, we do require that the bike be taken to a local bike shop of our choosing (within a 45 minute drive of rider's address) before issuing a refund. We will cover up to $150 in adjustments when the bike is new, for parts that were purchased from Guerrilla Gravity with the bike.

      For any other non-bike item (accessories, components, apparel, etc) purchased from us, you may return them within 30 days in their new, unused condition for a full refund, less shipping. We ask that you cover return shipping costs or have it deducted from the refund amount.
