Your favorite local bike shop
To see all costs, please add your item/s to the cart and proceed to checkout. Please note that our international ordering capabilities are in beta mode. Should you run into issues or have questions, please email us.
Do i Have to customize my bike?
Nope! We make sure that each build has a dialed spec by default. So feel free to pick your size, color, and get ready for New Bike Day.
But as avid mountain bikers ourselves, we know many among us are pretty selective about the build kits we put on our bikes. You can keep the decisions to a minimum with our standard Ride, Rally, and Race builds, or go wild with the customizers to dial in your ride exactly as you'd like.
Can I edit my order?
As long as your order has not shipped, yes. We are committed to getting you the exact right bike and are happy to make any requested changes so that you get the perfect bike.
Check out our Order Change Request page for info.
Do you offer financing?
We offer financing through Shop Pay Installments and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments allows you to pay on your own time with no hidden fees (Only debit cards can be used to pay in installments).
PayPal offers 0% financing for 6 months.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How do you package the bikes?
The frame and most components ship in one box, while the wheels and accessories ship in a separate box.
Your bike is fully assembled before shipment, and then boxed. This makes it easy to assemble your bike once you receive it. A 4, 5, and 6 mm Allen wrench is sufficient for assembling your bike. Some minor drivetrain adjustments may be necessary.
For any assembly, adjustments, or tuning questions, please don't hesitate to give us a shout. We'll do our best to help you over the phone, or may recommend a visit to your local bike shop. In some cases we'll even pick up the tab for the local shop's work (up to $150).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While we’re proud to build our bikes with our own hands in Colorado USA, we’re always excited to see international interest in Guerrilla Gravity. We ship to most international countries. If not automatically selected, select your country in the top right corner to shop in your native currency.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our warranty policy is designed to keep you on the trail, and out of the shop. For more info check out our full warranty page here.
