We want to ensure that our riders have the best experience possible on our bikes and we understand that sometimes it isn't the right fit. We're committed to making this process smoother than your favorite singletrack trail! To begin a return, please review the following information and fill out the form below:
30 DAY TEST RIDE
Your brand-new bike comes with a 30 Day Test Ride. This means you get to spend more time on the dirt, knowing we’ve got your back. If a return needs to be made within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee. We'll provide a return label for you to ship your like-new condition bike back to us with care, or if you are local to Denver CO, you can drop it off at our Showroom.
NON-BIKE RELATED ITEMS
If you need to return any non-bike related items, such as accessories or apparel, you are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days. We’ll provide a return label for you to ship your like-new items back to us.
4 STEPS FOR AN EASY RETURN
1: Request a Return
To begin your return please fill out the Return Request form below. From there our Rider Support Team will review your request, and be in touch shortly. If you have any questions in the meantime feel free to give us a call at 303-955-4163 or email us at Bikes@RideGG.com.
2: Pack up and ship your GG
Carefully pack up your bike in your original shipping box. Using the provided shipping label, drop your bike off at any UPS location and send it on its way.*
3: Team Inspection
As soon as we receive your bike, we will look it over for any damage or unusual wear. If the product is returned in like-new condition it will be eligible for a full refund. If there are significant, visible signs of wear or damage to the frame or components it is subject to an additional restocking fee.**
4: Refund Issued
Once your return is verified, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. We are happy to refund you in the form of store credit as well which will waive the 5% restocking fee. If you would like to go that route, please contact our Rider Support Team.
*We will provide a shipping label for U.S. orders only.
**Bikes with signs of wear or damage from riding or insufficient packaging are subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 18%. We reserve the right to refuse a return of a bike with significant wear or damage from riding or insufficient packaging. The customer will have the option to repossess their returned bike at the cost of shipping.
