Below are a few important notes about this form:

Timing: Please submit all order changes within 24 hours of the initial order. Any changes submitted outside of this window are not guaranteed and may extend lead times. 

Order Updates: Because every GG bike is custom-built, change requests often impact the delivery timing of the bike due to processing and resourcing new parts. GG is happy to cover the first change request at no cost, each subsequent order change request form carries a $50 per instance fee.

Order Cancellations: All order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the initial order. Anything made outside of this window is subject to our return policy.
